Maintaining independence as you age is very important for our elderly. Home-based care understands this. We acknowledge that it helps our fragile loved ones to stay in their familiar environment, enjoying the safety, comfort, and convenience of receiving personalized care.

This also relieves the burden on the loved ones, reduces unnecessary hospital visits, and can even offer cost savings compared to traditional healthcare settings.

We make an effort to ensure that home-based care is about adding a supportive network that empowers our elderly to live safely, comfortably, and confidently in their own space.

Facilities

There are multiple senior housing options and we visit our patients wherever they are. Each facility type is designed with a specific purpose in mind and accordingly the type of care varies. We have treated patients in various settings like Independent living facilities, Residential care homes, Assisted living facilities, Memory Care facilities, Skilled nursing homes and Retirement communities.

We have partnered with all the major facilities in and around Orange county. We have a good working relationship with the facility management to ensure good care of our residents.

Telemedicine

Telemedicine is another way to provide care to older adults who may have mobility or transportation issues. Modern technology has made it possible for healthcare professionals to reach out to such individuals and families. It is convenient and economical.

We at AIMS Medcare take necessary precautions referring to federal guidelines and HIPAA compliant telehealth resources to provide remote care to our patients. We acknowledge that patients and their families might not be digitally literate or have technology challenges. For them we offer service via regular phone calls and emails.
